Milestone-Based Engineering Model
At Weinvent It Softech LLP ("Weinvent", LLPIN: ACP-6875), software engineering and system architecture are delivered through transparent, milestone-driven sprints rather than opaque upfront bulk retainers.
Because engineering capacity, senior system architect hours, dedicated staging clusters, and specialized AI compute resources are committed upon sprint initiation, our refund and cancellation terms are aligned directly with deliverable milestones.
48-Hour Technical Blueprint Satisfaction Guarantee
Our 48-Hour Technical Blueprint Sprint delivers an end-to-end software architecture blueprint, data schema, API contract map, and milestone roadmap. If the delivered blueprint does not conform to the discovery parameters agreed during the kickoff intake, the client is entitled to one full architectural revision within 5 business days at zero additional charge.
If we fail to deliver the completed technical blueprint documentation within the promised SLA timeline, the client may request an immediate 100% refund of the blueprint fee.
Cancellations Prior to Sprint Commencement
If a client decides to cancel an engagement or sprint in writing prior to our technical team allocating engineering resources or commencing code design, 100% of the initial deposit is refunded.
The refund will be remitted within 5 to 7 business days, minus standard statutory payment gateway processing surcharges (typically 2% to 3% charged directly by Stripe or Razorpay).

Non-Refundable Third-Party Infrastructure Costs
Direct third-party operating expenses incurred on behalf of the client with their prior written authorization cannot be refunded by Weinvent. These pass-through costs include:
Settlement Timeline & Billing Inquiries
All approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment (bank transfer via RTGS/NEFT, UPI, Stripe, or Razorpay) within 7 to 10 banking business days. A formal GST credit note will be issued for accounting reconciliation.
