Overview & Bilateral Commitment
At Weinvent It Softech LLP ("Weinvent", "we", "us", "our"), an Indian Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (LLPIN: ACP-6875), we hold technical confidentiality and data privacy as foundational engineering principles.
This policy applies to all visitors of our website (https://weinvent.in), clients contracting our 48-Hour Technical Blueprints, engineering sprint engagements, autonomous agent implementations, and enterprise software architecture retainers.
Default Bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Every business problem, repository snippet, schema diagram, and commercial roadmap shared with Weinvent—whether submitted via our website, exchanged during an exploratory discovery call, or sent across WhatsApp/Slack—is protected under our automatic bilateral confidentiality commitment.
We never sell, monetize, broker, or share your proprietary data with advertising brokers, third-party recruiters, or competitor companies. Formal signed mutual NDAs on your corporate paper are countersigned within 24 business hours upon request.

Data Retention & Right to Permanent Erasure
Client project repositories, staging databases, and credentials provided during engineering sprints are retained during active development and the 30-day hypercare warranty period. Following final sign-off and 100% IP handover, staging environments and development access keys are securely decommissioned.
You may request complete permanent deletion of your consultative records, architecture files, and contact profiles at any time by emailing our Data Protection Officer at contact@weinvent.in. All verifiable requests are completed within 7 business days.
